510 Sandra Ln, Cheswick PA 15024 a HUGE success!

I hold this project near and dear to my heart. The home located at 510 Sandra Lane in Cheswick, PA needed updating in order maximize the resale value. I was called by Jeff, in early April of 2022, as he was wanting a painting bid. I drove out there that day and learned that he was living out of state, but was in charge of getting his parent’s house sold. We discussed the scope of work which involved wall paper removal and preparing and painting the walls in many bathrooms and bedrooms. In order to get the most bang for Jeff’s buck I suggested that we paint the very worst rooms of the house. He agreed to the plan and he accepted my bid.

I brought in Dan and Tim to help with the painting. Dan and Tim, who are the absolute best contractors in the greater Pittsburgh area, noticed leaky faucets, switches that didn’t work, dated light fixtures and dated bathroom hardware. They both knew, that fixing and updating these issues would also add to the value of the home alongside the interior painting. I called Jeff and he gave us the go ahead. The project turned very well and buyers proved it. It sold in June 2022 for $650,000!
