Bitar Painting increases value of 511 Chestnut Rd, Sewickley PA.

I had the pleasure of working with the Coleman’s, one of the nicest families I have come acress in a very long time. Kendal called me and informed that she needed some painting done on her home in order to get it ready for the market. I stopped over that day and assessed the situation. Nearly every wall in the home had dents and scuffs and therefore needed mudded, sanded, and painted. There were also several doors that needed a fresh coat of paint. The pink and blue bedrooms upstairs needed a softer, neutral color. All of the baseboard needed a fresh coat of paint as it usually endures a lot wear and tear. We both agreed that the every floor, including the basement needed painted. She very much liked the current color on the main floor so we used that throughout the home.

In my opinion, a high-end paint job always pays for itself and then much more. After Carlan and I painted this house it felt like a new home! The painting could have easily added more than $25,000 to the sale price of this lovely home. The total cost for the job was less than $5,500. The house sold for $775,000. See pictures below.
