Bitar Homes are not only incredibly high-quality homes, but are unique in that three men build them; three men that are perfectionists and experts at what they do.  

Most homes are built by various crews and subcontractors.  Subcontractors bid for the job and want to get in and get out as fast as possible.  Oftentimes, this leads to mediocre construction.

This is not the case with Bitar Homes.  Dan, Tim and Brandon do the majority of the work themselves.  The only work that is subcontracted out is concrete work, excavating, foundation and drywall. Because of this, only one Bitar Home is built per year.
