3764th 37th Street update…

We are now in the final stages of completion of another Bitar Home. It’s shaping up nicely and we will be complete by mid March. A buyer came along and offered a price that I could not refuse. The home is now officially under agreement as of one week ago. Here are some pictures of our progress. We really like the hardwood floors we chose from Baird brothers. This is a true hardwood floor that will last for 100 years!
