Update on New Ranch Home, 37th street ext Beaver Falls, PA 15010

This is probably my favorite layout for a ranch home…

The house has a large garage (22x26) with a man-door. It has a massive, covered, concrete front porch ( 28x15). The kitchen in this home is huge and open into the dining area, but owners can also communicate with guests in the living room. The basemen is HUGE and will be semi finished. A full bathroom will also be in the basement. Here are a few pics..
